What makes a better future?

Have you ever just sat down to think about what the world is coming to? Or maybe compare how times are different from way back, does it seem better? Depending on how you look at it, they had it so much harder, but their values were a lot more important. A lot of people, not just blacks, had to work 10x as hard just to get the simple things that we seem to forget about. Education, food, shelter, work....RESPECT. Such a strong word, but everyone seems to have different views on what it truly represents.
